CES Quarry Products Ltd fly the BSI flag over our operations in Newcastle, Saintfield and Ballygowan production sites. To produce Ready Mixed Concrete to the BSI standard, CES Quarry Products Ltd maintains a pro-active approach to a quality control scheme with a robust checking and correcting system in place.
CES Quarry Products Ltd Have three production sites currently awarded the BSI Operation and Supervision in relation to Ready Mix Concrete production.

CES Quarry Products Ltd 3 E’s policy ~ Efficient, Effective & Equity
CES Quarry Products Ltd plan to improve customer service by continually increasing our ready mixed concrete (RMC) lorry fleet and are investigating the possibility of setting up our own internal laboratory (Mix design). This will enable us to provide Efficient, Effective, Equity of service and product quality to all our customers whether large or small.
We plan to continue to improve our observation, checking systems and relevant actions taken. This will be done by strict observation of our staff involved with the BSI scheme. Through on-going training and projected BSI awareness for our employees, we hope to establish strong communication between management and staff to enable faults to be highlighted and rectified and improvements implemented.

CES Quarry Products Ltd have created a comprehensive easy to read technical data sheets that will be incorporated into our promotional literature. The objective for this is to have a one stop piece of literature that informs the customer and CES employees of all technical data required for the related product. As this literature will be compiled and designed by CES Quary Products, we will be able to up-date and implement technical changes to our literature as and when needed.
CES plan to not only conform to BSI regulations but to take a leading stance in improvements of quality and service. By setting up a regulations department that deals with legislation and in this instance British Standards Institute (BSI), we hope to dedicate a shared amount of time and resources to firstly conform to current BSI demands in a timely and professional manner and secondly look at ways of improving quality, service and operations on an on-going basis.
Sampling and testing are carried out on a regular basis, internally by CES Quarry Products Ltd and a qualified external contractor, ensuring only the highest quality of ready mix concrete products.
