CES Quarry Products Ltd manufacture high quality concrete block and brick in a wide range of sizes and strengths (up to 25n/mm2). Only well shaped stones from our company grit stone quarries are used in production. This ensures the block and brick have a consistent finish with an excellent key for plastering.
The aggregates and cement are blended in high speed pan mixers that distribute the cement evenly throughout the mix so the target strength is guaranteed in all blocks. Manufacturing is on modern automated block machinery which is continually checked and updated by our technical team to ensure a consistent high quality production process.
The block and brick are then banded tightly together in bales for safe delivery to the customer location. On site our experienced delivery staff will endeavour to place the products so you have the least amount of re-handling.
Sample blocks and bricks are routinely selected for testing. The tests confirm the finish, shape, strength and the products conformity with BS EN 771-3 standards.
